Terry Hardgrave, Principal Solutions Architect for Pearson Government Solutions, offers his perspective on the implementation challenges of consolidating legacy IT systems.  Terry addresses the Systems Development Life Cycle Trap and how to best improve the development life cycle for consolidation projects, as well as the implementation of advance database design tools.  His presentation, “Consolidating Legacy IT Systems” was featured during the November 10, 2005 Embarcadero Technologies seminar in Tysons Corner, VA.
