Education Assistance Program
Pearson Government Solutions is committed in providing our
employees with lifelong learning opportunities. Our
Education Assistance Program invests in our employees by
reimbursing up to $5,250 per year for undergraduate courses,
and up to $7,000 per year for graduate courses. Employees
are also eligible to receive a discount on courses through
Capella University, an accredited online institution. A
post-secondary scholarship program is also available to
provide financial aid to dependent children of regular
full-time employees.

Training and Development
Employees are encouraged to work with their managers on an
Individual Development Plan to accelerate individual and
organizational development. Training and Development program
opportunities include Management Essentials, Managing Your
Career, and Performance Problem Solving.

People Development Network (PDN)
Over 400 online, instructor-led and telecourses are
available to our employees through an integrated portal and
learning management system, promoting training and
development across Pearson Government Solutions. Courses are
available in Communications, Compliance, Consulting,
Development Planning, Human Resources, Leadership,
Management/Supervision, Professional Development, Teamwork,
and Technology Training.

My Life Solutions offers a full range of work life programs
to help employees with just about any issue affecting their
work or private life. Services are available at no cost to
employees and include childcare assistance, diet and
nutrition advice, financial and legal counseling, help
caring for an elderly parent, and much more. |
