In response to the General
Services Administration's Governmentwide Acquisition Contract,
known as Alliant, Pearson Government Solutions, Inc. and Pearson
Analytic Solutions (formerly KEI
Pearson) have joined together to form
Pearson Alliant.
Pearson Alliant is a joint venture
designed to provide government agencies with an even wider range
of innovative solutions to address productivity, operational and
infrastructure needs. Together we provide mission-centric,
high-quality, and innovative cost solutions to our customer,
prospects, and end-users, making GSA Alliant the world-class
choice for agencies' information technology solutions.

Pearson Alliant is
actively pursuing the GSA Alliant GWAC—a MA/IDIQ which will
provide global IT services to defense and civilian agencies.
The expected award date for the contract vehicle is set for
the summer of 2007.
